Eurasian Journal of Humanities Research was established in 2021 under the auspices of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Karabük University. The journal aims to provide a scholarly platform for researchers in the field of humanities to publish original academic studies and contribute to scientific discourse.
Since its establishment, the journal has been published biannually (July–December). Beginning in 2026, it has embraced a continuous publication model aligned with a next-generation publishing approach. Adopting an interdisciplinary perspective, the journal provides an academic platform for scholarly contributions across a broad range of disciplines, including history, sociology, literature, education, psychology, philosophy, archaeology, art history, and cultural studies.
As a peer-reviewed journal, Eurasian Journal of Humanities Research employs a double-blind review process, upholding strict academic publishing ethics. In addition to original research articles, the journal also publishes reviews, book evaluations, translations, and critical essays.
Committed to maintaining academic integrity and high publication standards, the journal follows the criteria outlined by the Council of Higher Education (
YÖK) in Türkiye, and continues to pursue inclusion in national and international academic indexes.
