Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı Kısa Kararlılık Ölçeğini (KKÖ; Duckworth & Quinn, 2009) Türkçeye uyarlamak ve ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizlerini incelemektir. Araştırma İstanbul ve Kocaelinin çeşitli liselerinde öğrenim gören 310 (Kız: 94, Erkek: 216) lise son sınıf öğrencisi üzerinde yürütülmüştür Dilsel eşdeğerliliği sağladığı bulunmuştur. Açımlayıcı faktör analizinde 8 maddenin toplam varyansın %47.57sini açıkladığı görülmüştür. Ölçeğin faktör yükleri .58 ile .74 arasında, madde toplam korelasyonu puanları .31 ile .46 arasında sıralanmaktadır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 8 maddeden ve iki boyuttan oluşan modelin iyi uyum verdiği bulunmuştur (x²= 40.34, sd= 19, RMSEA= .060, NNFI= .90, IFI= .94, CFI= .93, GFI= .97, AGFI= .94, SRMR= .059). Bu sonuçlar KKÖnün Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir.
Abstract
The aim of this research is to adapt Turkish version of the Short Grit Scale (R-GS; Duckworth & Quinn, 2009) into Turkish and to examine its psychometric properties. The sample of study consists of 310 high school students (Female: 216; Male: 94) from Istanbul and Kocaeli in Turkey. The total variance explained was 47.57% and factor loadings ranged from .58 to .74. Results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the 8 items loaded on two factors (x²= 40.34, df= 19, RMSEA= .060, NNFI= .90, IFI= .94, CFI= .93, GFI= .97, AGFI= .94, SRMR= .059). The corrected item-total correlations ranged from .31 to .46. These results demonstrate that this scale is a valid and reliable instrument.
