YAŞLILAR İÇİN YAŞAM STANDARTLARI KAPASİTESİ (LSCAPE) ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇE GEÇERLİLİK VE GÜVENİLİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract




Çalışmanın amacı Yaşlılar İçin Yaşam Standartları Kapasitesi (LSCAPE) Ölçeği‟nin Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini test etmektir. Araştırmada sosyo-demografik bilgiler, sağlık durumu ve sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşım ile ilgili sorular, Yaşlılar İçin Dünya Sağlık Örgütü Yaşam Kalitesi Modülü (WHOQOL-AGE) ve LSCAPE Türkçe formundan oluşan anket Ankara ili Mamak ilçesinde yaşayan 65 yaş ve üstü toplam 250 kişiye yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerliliği; kapsam geçerliliği, yapı geçerliliği ve ayırt etme geçerliliği ile değerlendirilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenilirliğini test etmek için iç tutarlılık ve düzeltilmiş madde-toplam korelâsyonu katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda LSCAPE Türkçe versiyonunun geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu belirlenmiştir. LSCAPE Ölçeği‟nin Türkçe formunun yaşlı bireylerin çok boyutlu yaşam standartlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılacak sosyal ve ekonomik politika çalışmalarında ve halk sağlığı uygulamalarında kullanımı önerilmiştir.
