Birçok antibakteriyel ajana karşı direnç gösteren, özellikle nalidiksik asit ve gentamisine dirençli E.coli, E.aerogenes, Protteus, Pseudomonas ve Klebsieillae’ların, piyasaya yeni sürülen quinolon, aminoglikozid, malerolik tienam ve sefolosporin grubundan bazı antibakterilere karşı direnç durumları araştırıldı. İmipenem %97,5 ile en duyarlı antibiyotik olarak gözlenirken, en düşük duyarlılık %65 ile Tombramisinde gözlendi. Sonuçlar irdelendi.
Resistance patterns of E.coli, E.aerogenes, Protteus, Pseudomonas and Klebsieillae, which are resistant to a number of antibacterial agents especially to nalidixic acid and gentamycin, against some antibacterial agents of quinolen, aminoglycoside, makrolid, tienam and sefolosporin groups, which have just been thrown on the market, were investigated. Imipenem was found to be the most sensitive antibiotic by 97.5% while the lowest sensitivity was observed in tobramycin by 65%. The results were compherensively examined.
