                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada,Eylül 1999-Ağustos 2000 tarihleri arasında Edremit Körfezi (Ege Denizi)&#039;nden trolörneklemeleri ile toplanan beş kırlangıç türünün (Chelidonichthys lucerna, Chelidonichthys lastoviza, Eutriglagurnarduss, Lepidotrigla cavillone, Trigla lyra) besin kompozisyonu araştırılmıştır. Toplamda 1205 adet bireyeait mide içeriği (300 Eutriglagurnarduss, 300 Lepidotrigla 262 Chelidonichthys lucerna, 43 Trigla lyra and300 Chelidonichthyslastoviza) incelenmiştir. Mideiçeriklerindeki besin maddeleri yüzde sayısal varlık (%n), yüzde bulunuşfrekansı (%f), ve yüzde baskınlık (%d) olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta, tümtürlerin diyetinde toplam 19 besin çeşidi belirlenmiş ve altı temel besin grubuiçinde sınıflandırılmıştır: Polychaeta,Crustacea, Mollusca, Echinodermata,Aschelminthes ve Teleostei. Mideiçeriği incelemeleri, tüm türler için genel bir besin tercihinin Crustaceaolduğunu göstermiştir</p></abstract>
