<p>This study investigated the Turkish speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills of primary school-age bilingual Turkish children in France. This study looked into three parameters: (1) participants’ Turkish proficiency levels, (2) the effect of independent variables on their mother tongue, and (3) the relationship between language skills. The sample consisted of 74 students. Data were collected using an observation form developed by the researchers. The form was based on language skills, skill domains, and language indicators. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the total mean values in the four skills were different. It was determined that the independent variables created different meaningful results on the students&#039; reading, writing, speaking, and listening language skills. The results also showed that four basic language skills were related to each other. The results suggest that Turkish education in France should be organized according to the learning characteristics of multi-grade students and bilinguals. It is recommended to develop appropriate teaching materials (curriculum, online teaching modules, textbooks, etc.) for Turkish children in France.</p></trans-abstract>
