Tarih boyunca Makedonya, değişikisimlerle tanınmış ve bir kültür mozaiği görünümü sergilemiştir. Coğrafisınırları, sosyolojik yapısı, dini çeşitliliği ile her daim dikkat çeken vekarışık bir bölge olan Makedonya, Türk tarihi açısından da önem arz etmektedir.Makedonya’da günümüzde azımsanmayacak sayıda Türk soylu yaşamaktadır. 1991yılında bağımsızlığına kavuşan Makedonya Cumhuriyeti’nde Türklerin anayasalhakları korunmuştur. Bu haklardan en önemlisi de hiç kuşkusuz ana dilindeeğitim hakkıdır. Bu topraklarda tarihî süreç içerisinde inişli çıkışlı birtablo sergileyen Türkçe eğitimi, bugün çeşitli sıkıntılarla birlikte devametmektedir. Araştırmada Makedonya Cumhuriyeti’nde ilköğretim okulları 7.sınıfta öğrenim gören Türk öğrencilerin konuşma beceri seviyelerini tespitetmek amaçlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin konuşma becerileri farklı değişkenleraçısından da ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Makedonya’dadevlet okullarının ilköğretim 7. sınıfında öğrenim gören 310 Türk öğrenci ileçalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin konuşma becerilerinin düşükseviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. “Konuşmaya başlama” düzeylerinin diğeriçeriklere göre daha yüksek olduğu, “dil ve anlatım”, “ses, vurgu ve tonlama”ve “Konuşmanın gelişme bölümü” boyutlarının ortalama düzeye sahip olduğubelirlenmiştir. “Konuşmanın sonuç bölümü”nün ise çok düşük seviyede olduğutespit edilmiştir.
Throughouthistory, Macedonia has been referred to by various names and has exhibited acultural mosaic appearance. Macedonia,which has always attracted attention because of its geographical location,sociological structure and religious diversity, is also important in terms ofTurkish history. A significant number of Turkish descendants live inMacedonia. The constitutional rights ofthe Turks were protected in the Republic of Macedonia when it becameindependent in 1991. The most important of these rights is undoubtedly theright to education in the mother tongue. Turkish education in the countrycontinues today, facing some challenges. This research aimed to determine thespeaking levels of the Turkish students who studied in the 7th gradeof elementary schools in Macedonia. The speaking skill levels of the studentswere analyzed in terms of various variables. Survey model wasused in the study. The participants were 310 7th grade Turkishstudents in public elementary schools in the Republic of Macedonia. The resultsshowed that the students’ speaking skill levels were low. It was found out thatthe students’ "beginning of speech” levels were higher than othervariables; the students’ levels in terms of the variables of “language andexpression", "emphasis and intonation" and "developmentpart of speech" were average, and their levels in terms of the variable of"conclusion of speech" was much lower than the other levels.
