                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, Türkçeyi miras dil olarak öğrenen öğrencilerin sınıf içi ve sınıf dışı konuşma kaygılarına yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Literatür taraması, madde havuzunun oluşturulması, uzman görüşlerinin alınması ve ön deneme aşamalarından sonra çalışma Almanya’da Türkçe ve Türk Kültürü (TTK) derslerine devam eden 260 iki dilli Türk öğrenciyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Keşfedici faktör analizi sonucunda sınıf dışı konuşma kaygısı, sınıf içi konuşma kaygısı ve konuşmada rahatlık faktörlerinden oluşan 22 maddelik 3 faktörlü bir yapıya ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğin tamamı ve alt boyutları için Cronbach’s Alfa katsayılarının ,803 ile ,923 ve Pearson korelasyon katsayılarının ,337 ile ,911 arasında; madde toplam korelasyonlarının ise ,346 ile ,739 arasında değiştiği görülmüştür. Son olarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) kapsamında incelenen model uyum indeksleri ölçeğin kabul edilebilir düzeyde uyumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. DFA sonucunda standartlaştırılmış faktör yüklerinin ,558 ile ,888 arasında ve kompozit güvenilirlik (CR) değerlerinin ,7’nin üzerinde olduğu görülmüştür. Tüm analizler neticesinde ilgili ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study aims to develop a valid and reliable scale to measure the in-class and out-of-class speaking anxieties of Turkish learners as a heritage language. The study was conducted with 260 bilingual Turkish students attending Turkish Language and Culture (TLC) courses in Germany after the literature review, developing the item pool, collecting expert opinions, and pre-plot stages. As a result of exploratory factor analyses, it has been achieved a three-factor structure with 22 items consisting of factors that in-class speaking anxiety, out-of-class speaking anxiety, and comfort in speaking. For the full-scale and the sub-dimensions, it was observed that the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients range from .803 to .923, the Pearson coefficients from .337 to.911, and item-total correlation coefficients range from .346 to .739. Lastly, the model fit indices in the scope of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) demonstrate that the scale has an acceptable goodness-of-fit. CFA results indicate that standardized loading estimates are between .558 and .888, and composite reliability (CR) values are above .7. In conclusion, the scale is presented as a valid and reliable instrument.</p></trans-abstract>
