AĞIR KONJENİTAL NÖTROPENİLİ ÇOCUK HASTALARA DENTAL YAKLAŞIM

Abstract

Konjenital nötropeni, yaşamın ilk yıllarında periodontal hastalıklara bağlı komplikasyonların sık görüldüğü hayatı tehdit eden kalıtımsal bir hastalık grubudur. Sıklıkla hastalığın ilk bulgusu olarak periodontal problemler görülmektedir. İyi eğitilmiş bir diş hekimi çoğu kez tanının konulmasını sağlayabilmektedir. Ayrıca doğru planlanmayan dental girişimler nedeniyle hayatı tehdit eden komplikasyonlarla karşılaşılabilmektedir. Bu derlemede, diş hekimlerine, konjenital nötropeninin tanı ve tedavisinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususların iletilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
