İMPLANT ÜSTÜ OVERDENTURE PROTEZLERDE TEK ATAŞMAN SİSTEMLERİ

Abstract

Tam dişsiz hastalarda kullanılan implant destekli overdenture protezler, geleneksel tam protezlere
göre uzun dönemde daha başarılı sonuçlar vermektedirler. Retansiyon, stabilite, çiğneme
performansı ve estetik açılardan geleneksel tam protezlere göre daha üstün özelliklere sahiptir.
Bu da hasta memnuniyeti ve yaşam kalitesini arttırmaktadır. İmplant destekli overdenture
protezlerde retansiyonu sağlamak için çeşitli tutucu sistemler kullanılmaktadır. Bu sistemlerde
implantlar birbirine splintlenerek veya tek tek ataşman olarak kullanılır. Splintlenen tutucular,
bar tutucular yardımıyla birbirlerine bağlanarak oval kretlerde, yumuşak dokularda veya kemikte
rezeksiyon yapıldığı durumlarda, aşırı rezorbe kretlerde retansiyon ve stabilitenin fazla olması
gerektiği durumlarda kullanılır. Splintlenmeyen tutucular ise implantlar üzerindeki birbirlerinden
bağımsız tek ataşmanlardır. Tutucu sistemleri seçerken hastanın vertikal kemik kaybı, beklentisi,
ağız hijyeni, protezin retansiyon değeri, implantların arktaki konumları dikkate alınmalıdır.
Bu derlemede günümüzde kullanılan tek ataşman sistemlerinin özellikleri, kullanım alanları,
avantajları ve dezavantajları özetlenmektedir.

SINGLE ATTACHMENT SYSTEMS IN IMPLANT SUPPORTED OVERDENTURE PROSTHESES

Abstract

Compared to conventional complete dentures
implant-supported overdenture prostheses
used in completely edentulous patients give
more successful results in the long term.
Compared to conventional complete dentures,
it has superior features in terms of retention,
stability, chewing performance and aesthetics.
This situation increases patient satisfaction and
quality of life. Various retention systems are
used to provide retention in implant-supported
overdenture prostheses. In these systems,
implants are splinted to each other or used as
individual attachments. Splinted attachments
are used in cases where resection is made in
soft tissues or bone, oval crests and in cases
where retention and stability are required in
excessively resorbed crests by connecting to
each other with the help of bar attachment.
Non-splinting attachments are independent
attachments on implants. The patient’s vertical
bone loss, expectation, oral hygiene, retention
value of the prosthesis, and the position of the
implants in the arch should be considered when
choosing retention systems.
The purpose of this review is to summarize
the features, usage areas, advantages and
disadvantages of single attachment systems
used today.
