Rehabilitation of Anterior Tooth Loss Due to Trauma with Fiber and Zirconia Substructured Adhesive Bridge Prosthesis

Abstract
Objective: The use of fiber-reinforced and zirconia substructured adhesive bridge prosthesis has been shown to be an esthetic, economical and minimally invasive treatment option in the rehabilitation of patients with traumatic anterior tooth loss.
Case presentation: In this case report, fiber-reinforced adhesive bridge prosthesis prepared in the laboratory by indirect method were preferred in young patients due to the need for temporary restoration, while zirconia substructured adhesive bridge prosthesis were applied in adult patients considering the need for permanent restoration. The prepared restorations were cemented using adhesive resin cement under rubberdam isolation.
Conclusion: It has been observed that successful clinical results can be obtained in the 1-year follow-up of patients with traumatic anterior tooth loss after rehabilitation with fiber-reinforced and zirconia substructured adhesive bridge prosthesis.

Abstract
Amaç: Travma sonucu anterior bölgede diş kaybı bulunan hastaların rehabilitasyonunda fiberle güçlendirilmiş ve zirkonya altyapılı adeziv köprü protezlerinin kullanımı estetik, ekonomik ve minimal invaziv bir tedavi seçeneği olarak gösterilmektedir.
Olgu sunumu: Bu olgu sunumunda genç hastalarda geçici restorasyon ihtiyacı sebebiyle fiberle güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprü protezleri tercih edilirken, yetişkin hastalarda sürekli restorasyon gereksinimi göz önünde bulundurularak yapılan zirkonya altyapılı adeziv köprü protezleri, rubberdam izolasyonu altında adeziv reçine simanı kullanılarak simante edilmiştir.
Sonuç: Travma sonucu anterior bölgede diş kaybı görülen hastaların fiberle güçlendirilmiş ve zirkonya altyapılı adeziv köprü protezleri ile rehabilitasyonları sonrası 1 yıllık takiplerinde başarılı klinik sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
