Abstract

Ülkelerin ve kurumların bilimsel gelişmişlik derecelerinin incelenmesinde bilimsel yayınlar önemli bir yer tutar. Bilimsel üretimin bir çıktısı kabul edilen bilimsel yayınların değerlendirilmesi, bu amaçla geliştirilmiş çeşitli göstergeler yardımıyla yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada önce bu göstergeler ve diğer genel bilgiler aktarılmış, daha sonra dünya ve Türkiye sonuçları verilerek bir karşılaştırma sunulmuştur. Sonunda da mevcut durum ve bunun için gereken çözüm önerileri sıralanmıştır.

Abstract

Scientific publications have an important place in examining the scientific development levels of countries and institutions. The evauation of scientific publications, which are accepted as an output of scientific production, is made with the help of various indicators developed for this purpose. In this study, first these indicators and other general information are given, then a comparison is presented by giving the results of the world and Turkey. In the end, the current situation and the solution suggestions for this are listed.
