The "ethics committee consent form" that you will upload to the system when submitting your manuscripts to our journal should include all the names of the authors participating in the study. It is not sufficient to load only the first page of the consent form. If there is a difference between the consent document and the names of the authors in the study, this difference should be explained with a letter addressed to the editor and the documents confirming the explanation should be uploaded.
