Üretkenlik açısından en üst sırada yer alan dergi “Plos One (n=12)” olurken, en fazla atıf alan makalenin ise “Journal of Comparative Economics (n=10)” dergisinde yayımlanan “Are infant/toddler developmental delays a problem across rural China?” (n=70) olduğu belirlenmiştir.Sonuç: Mevcut çalışmanın, yenidoğan bakım vericilerinde bakım yükü konusunda araştırmacıların ilgisini çektiği ve bu alandayapılacak gelecekteki araştırmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.</p>

<p>Aim: This study aimed to examine the trends and research dynamics of studies conducted in the last decade on the care burden of care in neonatal caregivers from a holistic perspective. Methods: Original research articles, books and book chapters on care burden in neonatal caregivers between 2015 and 2024 were evaluated in the Web of Science Core Collection database. The literature studies were collected and analysed through the RStudio programme using the bibliometric R package. In the search strategy, MeSH terms (caregiver, burden and newborn) and their combinations related to burden of care in newborn caregivers were used. The studies were analyzed according to years, countries, authors, institutions, journals and citations, and a general evaluation was made through keywords and science mapping techniques. Results: Between 2015 and 2024, a total of 327 studies were identified, indicating a significant increase in research on the topic. The countries with the highest number of publications by leading authors were found to be the United States (n=587), Italy (n=258), and the United Kingdom (n=154), while the most productive institutions were the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (n=23), the University of Michigan (n=21), and the University of Cape Town (n=20). The three most frequently used keywords by authors were “children,” “burden,” and “care.” In terms of productivity, the top-ranking journal was PLOS One (n=12), while the most cited article was published in the Journal of Comparative Economics under the title “Are infant/toddler developmental delays a problem across rural China?” with 70 citations. Conclusions: The present study is expected to reveal that the topic of caregiving burden among neonatal caregivers has attracted researchers&#039; attention and to contribute to future studies in this field.</p></trans-abstract>
