<p>Purpose: To determine the relationship between postnatal women’s perceptions of respectful maternity care and their levels of worries about labour, as well as the influencing factors. Materials and Methods: This descriptive, correlational study was conducted between May and July 2025. The sample consisted of 251 women within the first 48–72 hours after childbirth. Data were collected in the postpartum wards of two hospitals in Bitlis using the Descriptive Information Form, the Women’s Perception-Respectful Maternity Care Scale (WP-RMC), and the Oxford Worries About Labour Scale (OWLS). Results: The mean total score on WP-RMC was 56.15±8.50. The subscale means were 26.64±4.51 for &quot;Providing Comfort,&quot; 20.59±4.84 for &quot;Participatory Care,&quot; and 8.92±0.92 for &quot;Mistreatment.&quot; The women’s mean total score on the OWLS was 23.39±5.92. The subscale mean scores were 7.90±2.90 for &quot;Pain and Distress,&quot; 7.30±2.44 for &quot;Prenatal Uncertainty,&quot; and 4.68±1.90 for &quot;Interventions.&quot; The scores from both WP-RMC and OWLS differed based on some descriptive characteristics. A very weak positive correlation was found between the subscale scores for &quot;Providing Comfort&quot;, &quot;Mistreatment&quot; and the total OWLS score. Additionally, a very weak positive correlation was identified between the &quot;Providing Comfort&quot; subscale and the &quot;Prenatal Uncertainty&quot; subscale score. In addition to certain descriptive characteristics of the women, the mean scores of the “Mistreatment” and “Providing Comfort” subscales were significant predictors of the OWLS scores (p</p></trans-abstract>
