Günümüz dünyasında hızlı gelişen hizmet sektörlerinden birinin sağlık sektörü olduğu ve tüm sağlık işletmelerinin hizmet sunumunun her sürecinde binlerce çeşit malzeme kullanıldığı bilinmektedir. Sektörde, sağlık işletmeleri birbirleriyle rekabet edebilmek için verilen hizmetin ihtiyaç duyulduğu anda, kaliteli ve maliyet açısından uygun olması gerektiğini bilmektedir. Bu nedenle sağlık işletmelerinde sunulan tetkik/tedavi ve bakım hizmetlerinin aksamaması ve kesintisiz sunulabilmesi için bulundurulması gereken stokların bir bölümünü tıbbi sarf malzemeler oluşturmaktadır. Bu malzemelerin tedariki, kalitesi, kullanım kolaylığı, depolanabilir olması hem hizmet maliyetlerini düşürmek hem de yüksek kalitede sağlık hizmeti verebilmek açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada; Ankara'da hizmet veren bir özel hastanede farklı görevlerde çalışan personelin (doktor, hemşire ve kan alma, radyoloji, anjiyo, anestezi teknikeri/teknisyeni) tıbbi sarf malzemelerin etkinliği ve kalitesine ilişkin görüşlerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılarak personelin tıbbi sarf malzemeleri ile ilgili kalite bilinci test edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışan görüşlerinin meslek grubuna göre ve çalışılan bölüme göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının ortaya konulması da çalışmanın diğer amacıdır. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirildiğinde çalışma sonucunda, personelin tıbbi sarf malzemelerinin kalitesiyle ilgili farkındalıklarının yüksek olduğu ve personel görüşlerinin meslek grubuna göre ve çalışılan bölüme göre farklılaşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
It is known that one of the rapidly developing service sectors in today's world is the health sector and thousands of materials are used in every process of service delivery of all health enterprises. In the sector, healthcare businesses know that in order to compete with each other, the service provided should be of good quality and cost-effective when needed. For this reason, medical consumables constitute a part of the stocks that must be kept in order to ensure that the examination / treatment and care services offered in health enterprises are not interrupted and are offered uninterruptedly. The supply, quality, ease of use and storability of these materials are very important in terms of both reducing service costs and providing high quality health services. In this study; It is aimed to reveal the opinions of the personnel (doctor, nurse and blood collection, radiology, angiography, anesthesia technician/technician) working in different duties in a private hospital serving in Ankara on the effectiveness and quality of medical consumables. For this purpose, the quality awareness of the personnel about the medical consumables was tested by using the survey method in the research. In addition, it is another aim of the study to reveal whether the opinions of the employees differ according to the occupational group and the department they work in. When the data obtained were evaluated, as a result of the study, it was concluded that the awareness of the personnel about the quality of medical consumables was high and the opinions of the personnel did not differ according to the occupational group and the department they worked in.
