                                                                                                <abstract><p>“Homoeconomicus” veya “ekonomik insan olarak” tanımlanan insanın gerçekten de kendifaydasını maksimize etmeye çalışan, egoist, bencil ve ekonomik bir varlık olupolmadığı noktasında sosyolojik, iktisadi ve siyasi tartışmalar bulunmaktadır.Sosyolojik olarak bakıldığında, egoist ve bencil olarak tanımlanan insanınkarşına alturistik özellikler sergileyen insan konmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Zheltoukhova(2016) tarafından geliştirilen Alturistik Liderlik Ölçeği’nin Türkçeuyarlamasını yapmak, geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizlerini gerçekleştirmekamaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sağlık sektöründe ve İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösterenözel bir hastanede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 68 hekim 151hemşire olmak üzere toplamda 219 sağlık çalışanına ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğingeçerlilik çalışmaları için açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri,güvenilirlik çalışmaları için ise iç tutarlılık analizleri yapılmıştır. Eldeedilen sonuçlara göre, geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan AlturistikLiderlik Ölçeği iki faktör ve dokuz sorudan oluşan orijinal ölçekten farklıolarak tek faktörlü ve sekiz sorudan oluşan bir yapı sergilemektedir. Gerçekleştirilenbu çalışma ile liderlik literatürüne geçerli ve güvenilir bir AlturistikLiderlik Ölçeği kazandırılmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmanın gelecekte AlturistikLiderlik ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalara referans olabileceği düşünülmektedir.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Thereare sociological, economic and political debates about whether the human beingdefined as egoist, selfish and economic man really is being trying to maximizehis own benefit. From a sociological point of view, people who exhibitaltruistic characteristics are placed in the face of the egoist and selfish.Thisstudy aims to perform Turkish adaptation of the Altruistic Leadership Scaledeveloped by Ksenia Zheltoukhova (2016) and validity and reliability analyses.The research was conducted in the health sector. A total of 219 health workerswere reached, 68 doctors and 151 nurses. Explanatory and confirmatory factoranalyses were used for the validity studies of the scale, and internalconsistency analyses were performed for reliability studies. According to theresults obtained, unlike from the original scale, the Altruistic LeadershipScale, which is validated for reliability and validity, has a single factor andeight questions. In conclusion, a validand reliable Altruistic Leadership Scale has been acquired in leadershipliterature. It is also thought that this study will be a reference for futurestudies on Altruistic Leadership.</p></trans-abstract>
