Dr. Mehmet Korkmaz obtained his BSc in Department of Nursing. He subsequently obtained his PhD in Department of Public Health Nursing from Ondokuz Mayıs University. During BSc, He has training and studied in the Barcelona Autonoma University Barcelona /Spain. He worked as a nurse several years. Mehmet KORKMAZ is currently an Asst. Professor in the department of Health Science Faculty at Yozgat Bozok University. His research interests include Immigrant Health, Men Health, Nursing Education, Cultural Competency of Nurse and Public Health Nursing.

She graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Nursing in 2012. She completed her master's degree in Pediatric Nursing at Atatürk University, Institute of Health Sciences in 2017, and her doctoral degree in the same field at the same institution in 2024. Between 2013 and 2019, she worked at a hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health. From 2019 to 2024, she served as an academic staff member at the Department of Dental Services, Artvin Çoruh University, Vocational School of Health Services. Since 2024, she has been working as an Assistant Professor (Dr. Öğr. Üyesi) in the Department of Pediatric Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Artvin Çoruh University.
Dr. Akay has published articles in national and international journals and has presented her research in oral and poster presentations at national and international conferences.
He completed his undergraduate studies with honors between 2012 and 2016 at Trakya University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He began his master’s studies at Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and continued at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Institute of Science, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Within the scope of a joint program with Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, he completed his thesis-based master’s degree in 2021. Between 2021 and 2024, he pursued and completed his Ph.D. studies at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, Institute of Science, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Since 2018, he has been working at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and as of 2025, he continues his academic career as an Assistant Professor in the same department. He has several articles published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in SCI-Expanded, E-SCI, and other databases. His research interests mainly focus on biomedical image processing, artificial intelligence-based disease detection, signal processing, and machine learning applications.

Nevşehir’de doğdu ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise öğrenimini Nevşehir’de, lisans öğrenimini Niğde Üniversitesi, Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi, Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü’nde tamamladı. Yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimini ise Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bilim Dalı’nda tamamladı. 2003-2011 yılları arasında Kırşehir’de çeşitli özel öğretim kurumlarında Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmeni olarak görev yaptı. 2015 yılında Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Türk Dili Bölümü’nde okutman olarak akademik hayatına başladı. 2023 yılında Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Türkçe Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı’na Dr. Öğretim Üyesi olarak atandı. Aynı üniversitede görevine devam etmektedir. Üst kurmaca, kasaba romanları, romanda mekân, romanda yapı ve izlek, şiir poetikası, Feminist edebiyat kuramı ve ontolojik yaklaşım ile ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası dergilerde yayımlanmış makaleleri; ulusal ve uluslararası konferanslarda sunulmuş bildirileri bulunmaktadır.

Rumyana Stoyanova has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Health Management and Health Economics at the Medical University – Plovdiv since 2024, where she delivers lectures and seminars on health economics, financial management, and healthcare marketing for healthcare and nursing students. She holds a PhD in Health Economics and has two specializations: Health Economics, and Medical Informatics and Health Management. Her professional experience includes expert roles at the National Center for Public Health and Analysis, as well as work as a senior expert at the Regional Health Insurance Fund – Plovdiv.
Assoc. Prof. Rumyana Stoyanova has participated in numerous national and international scientific and educational projects in the field of Public Health, including measuring safety culture in healthcare in Bulgaria, assessing the effectiveness of screening programs, advancing digitalization in medical education, e-health workforce training, and the integration of digital tools in healthcare management. Among her key projects are the analysis of the economic consequences of burnout syndrome among different staff categories, economic impact of digital healthcare transformation, effectiveness of e-learning in medical education, and labor market trends in digital healthcare professions. She is the author of numerous publications and monographs cited in prestigious scientific journals and has received multiple awards for her research activities.
My name is Ioan Cosmin Boca and I am an associate professor in the Department of Physical Education and Physical Therapy at the University of Oradea, Romania. I am also a member of the Human Performance Research Center at the same university. In 2008 I graduated with a bachelor degree in physical therapy from the University of Oradea. I continued my professional training at the same university obtaining my master’s de degree in Adapted Physical Activities in 2010. I obtained my doctoral degree in physical therapy in 2014 from the National University of Physical Education and Sport in Bucharest, Romania. I started my professional career at ”Vasile Godis” Western University of Arad in 2009 and from 2019 I work at the University of Oradea. My research interests include neurological, rheumatological, and musculoskeletal disorders rehabilitation. Results of my research have been published in several scientific journals, both national and international.
The journal is indexed in Sobiad Citation Index, Turkish Education Index and Turkey Citation Index.
