                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bireyin öğrenme süreçlerine hâkim olması ve kendi öğrenme sürecini yönlendirebilmesi biçiminde tanımlanabilen öz düzenlemenin, yazma ve yazılı anlatım becerilerinin kazanılması ve gelişmesinde önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Yazmanın yaşam boyunca etkili bir şekilde kullanılması, öz düzenlemeye dayalı yazma becerisinin erken yaşlardan itibaren bireylere kazandırılması ile gerçekleşebilir. Bu araştırma kapsamında, ilkokul dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin metin yazma sürecinde öz düzenleme stratejilerini kullanma düzeylerinin belirlenmesine yönelik “Öz Düzenlemeye Dayalı Yazma Ölçeği”nin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Zonguldak’ın Ereğli ilçesinde farklı sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki üç farklı ilkokulun dördüncü sınıfında öğrenim gören öğrencilerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubu, Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) için 445 öğrenciden, Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) için ise ölçeğin daha önce uygulanmadığı 158 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Geliştirilen ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini test etmek amacıyla sırasıyla AFA ve DFA yapılmış, ayrıca Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. AFA sonucunda tek faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenen 21 maddelik Öz Düzenlemeye Dayalı Yazma Ölçeği’nin faktör yapısını doğrulamak için DFA yapılmıştır. DFA sonucunda, Öz Düzenlemeye Dayalı Yazma Ölçeği için AFA sonucu elde edilen tek faktörlü yapı doğrulanmıştır. Ölçme aracının Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı ,891 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda; beşli likert tipinde, tek faktörden ve 21 maddeden oluşan Öz Düzenlemeye Dayalı Yazma Ölçeği’nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olarak ilkokul dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin öz düzenlemeye dayalı yazma düzeyini belirlemede kullanılabileceği söylenebilir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Self-regulation, which can be defined as the individual&#039;s control of learning processes and the ability to direct their own learning process, has an important place in the acquisition and development of writing and written expression skills. The effective use of writing throughout life can be realized through the acquisition of writing skills based on self-regulation from an early age. The study aims to develop a &quot;Self-Regulated Writing Scale&quot; to determine the level of use of self-regulation strategies by fourth-grade primary school students in the text writing process. The participants of the research are fourth-grade students of three different primary schools with different socio-economic levels in Ereğli, Zonguldak. Exploratory-Factor-Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory-Factor-Analysis (CFA) were conducted to test the construct validity of the developed scale, and Cronbach&#039;s Alpha reliability coefficient was calculated. CFA (n = 158) was conducted to confirm the factor structure of the 21-item scale, which was determined to have a single-factor structure as a result of EFA (n = 445). As a result of CFA, the one-factor structure obtained as a result of EFA for the scale was confirmed. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was found to be .891. As a result, it can be said that the Self-Regulation-Based Writing Scale, which consists of a five-point Likert-type, single factor, and 21 items, can be used as a valid and reliable tool to determine the level of self-regulated writing of primary school fourth-grade students.</p></trans-abstract>
