Archive Policy
The JISC Open Policy Finder service (formerly Sherpa Romeo) is a tool that allows researchers, librarians, and institutions to find and compare the open access policies of academic journals and funders.
The Journal of Mediterranean Basin and African Civilisations is an open-access and archived journal registered with JISC.

Articles published in The Journal of Mediterranean Basin and African Civilisations are digitally archived in LOCKSS. In addition, published articles can be accessed by the author in the institutional archive of the university where the author works, in thematic archives or in any other archive without embargo period. Thus, everyone can access this publication immediately and free of charge.

The Journal of Mediterranean Basin and African Civilisations allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period but the published source must be cited and a link to the journal home page or DOI of the articles must be set.
Authors can download the manuscript as a PDF document. Authors can send copies of the article to colleagues without any embargo.
TURKAV Institute of Public Administration Social Sciences Journal allows all versions of the articles (submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be stored in an institutional or other archive of the author's choice without embargo.
