Abstract

Pulmonary hematoma is a collection of blood within the lung parenchyma. While pulmonary hematomas caused by trauma or other reasons do not affect ventilation and perfusion in the lung, they increase the development of abscess and infection and are often well-circumscribed. The case with pulmonary hematoma after trauma, which we will present in this study, is very different, unlike the others, with irregular borders and spicular extension, just like a malignant nodule.

Malign Görünümü Taklit Eden Post Travmatik Pulmoner Hematom

Abstract

Pulmoner hematom akciğer parankimi içerisinde kan toplanmasıdır. Travma ya da başka bir nedenle oluşan pulmoner hematomlar akciğerde ventilasyon ve perfüzyonu etkilemezken apse ve enfeksiyon gelişimini artırır ve çoğu zaman düzgün sınırlı olur. Bu çalışmada sunacağımız travma sonrası oluşan pulmoner hematomlu olgu ise diğerlerinin aksine çok farklı, düzensiz sınırlı ve spiküler uzantılı, tıpkı malign bir nodül gibidir.
