This research was carried out with aiming to investigate yield and extensograph parameters related with quality characteristics of 12 different bread wheat genotypes in the growing period of 2005-2006 in Aşağı Demirci village, Biga, Çanakkale, in randomized complete block design with 3 replicates. The cultivars studied were compared with respects of yield and extensogram parameters (Rm, R5, E and A values of dough at 45th, 90th and 135th minutes), and in regards to all properties investigated, the differences among the genotypes were determined to be significant (P<0.05). The highest yield per decar was obtained from Tosunbey variety with 604.3 kg, whereas the lowest yield was from Gönen variety with 375.1 kg. With respect to yield and extensogram parameters, Tosunbey, Flamura and Dropia cultivars, normally not cultivated in the region, gave rise to good performance.
Bu araştırma 2005-2006 yetiştirme döneminde 12 farklı ekmeklik buğday genotipinde verim ve kalite özelliklerinden olan ekstensograf parametrelerinin incelenmesi amacı ile Çanakkale’nin Biga ilçesi Aşağı Demirci köyünde, tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür.
