Gene Transfer to Plants

Year 1994, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 101 - 107, 01.12.1994

Abstract

In this review, gene transfer methods for plant transformation were discussed. Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer and direct gene transfer techniques namely microprojectile bombardment, gene transfer to plant protoplasts and DNA enjection were presented comparatively. Furthermore, advantages and disadvantages of each technique were discussed.

Bitkilerde Gen Transferi

Year 1994, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 101 - 107, 01.12.1994
