Triticalede Meiotik İnstabilite

Abstract

Triticalede verimi yükseltmek amacı ile alınan agronomik önlemler meiotik instabilite nedeniyle arzu edilen başarıyı sağlayamamaktadır. Bu yüzden bir ıslah programı çerçevesinde ele alınan hatların sitolojik davranışlarının incelenmesi önem arzetmektedir. Bu çalışmada altı triticale hattında sitolojik araştırmalar yapılarak, birinci planda, hangi meiotik safhaların bir seleksiyon kriteri niteliği taşıyabileceğinin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada birinci ve ikinci meioz bölünme safhalarında ortaya çıkan aberrasyoniar incelenmiş ve önemleri tartışılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre telofaz II safhasında oluşan laggard ve tetrad safhasında oluşan mikroçekirdeklerin sayımı, meiotik stabilitenin saptanması açısından emin kriter niteliği taşıdığı kanısına varılmıştır.

Meiotische Instabilitaet Bei Triticale

Abstract

The agronomic precautions being taken to increase the yield of Triticale can not be as successful as we wish because of meiotic instability. For this reason, investigations of the cytological behaviors of the lines being taken in the breeding programme gain importance. In this study our purpose is to find out which meiotic stage can carry a suitable selestion criterion. Therefore cytological investigations had been done on six Triticale-lines. In this study, the aberrations which appeared in the first and second meiotic divisions were investigated and their importance was discussed. According to the results of this study, it is concluded that the countation of the laggards that forms in telophase II and the micronuclei in tetrads, carries a reliable criterion in finding out the meiotic stability.
