Katyonik Surfaktan Varlığında Kalem Grafit Elektrot Yüzeyinde Epirubisin’in Sıyırma Voltametrisi ile Miktar Tayini

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir antrasiklin ilaç olan epirubisin’in, kalem grafit elektrot kullanarak elektrokimyasal özelliklerini katyonik surfaktan varlığında Britton-Robinson tampon çözeltisinde (pH 2.0-10.0) araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle kalem grafit elektrotun performansını etkileyen parametreler örneğin, elektrot aktivasyonu, destek elektrolit seçimi, pH etkisi, biriktirme gerilimi ve süresi, surfaktan etkisi ve kare-dalga voltametrik yöntem parametreleri adsorptif sıyırma voltametrisi tekniği kullanılarak detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Daha sonra önerilen tekniklerin elde edilen en iyi koşullarında epirubisin için doğrusal aralık (0.01-2.0 µg mL-1) ve gözlenebilme sınırı (GS; 0.0018 µg mL-1) belirlenmiştir. Geliştirilen kare dalga adsorptif sıyırma voltametri tekniği, insan idrarına standart katma tekniğiyle uygulanmıştır.
