<p>In this study, the Teacher Leadership Scale, originally developed by Wang and Xia (2020), was adapted to Turkish culture. In this context, data were collected from 337 preschool teachers in Ankara. In this study, Teacher Leadership Scale (TLS) was used as a tool to obtain data. TLS consists of four dimensions and contains 19 items. In line with the Turkish adaptation of TLS, permission to use the scale was obtained first. Later, the Turkish language equivalence studies of the TLS were carried out. After these processes, research data were collected and analyzed. Within the scope of the analysis, the validity and reliability of the TLS were examined. Reliability of TLS was calculated by Cronbach&#039;s alpha coefficient and validity of the structure of TLS consisting of four dimensions was calculated by confirmatory factor analysis. In the analysis, it was concluded that the use of TLS in Turkish culture is appropriate, valid and reliable. In addition, testing the validity and reliability of the Turkish form of TLS with larger samples may contribute to the literature. The data of this study were collected from a sample of preschool teachers. In this context, the validity and reliability of the TLS can be tested by collecting data from different samples or organizations.</p></trans-abstract>
