Abstract
The purpose of this research was to reveal the effect of psychological capital and quality of work life on organizational identification. The universe of the research consists of the employees of the five-star hotel businesses in Afyonkarahisar, and the research was carried out by taking a sample from the universe and the questionnaire of 418 employees was evaluated. In the analysis of the data collected by the survey technique in accordance with the research purpose; percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation matrix test and multiple linear regression test methods for difference analysis has been. Within the scope of the research findings obtained; It has been determined that psychological capital and quality of work life have a significant effect on organizational identification. In addition, it was concluded that there is a moderately positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and quality of work life. Based on the findings obtained in the research, in order for enterprises to increase their employees' perceptions of psychological capital and the quality of work life, it is recommended to provide necessary conditions such as, provision of a working environment where employees can be satisfied and happy with a quality working life and improving the quality of work life by following latest technology and innovations.
