                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmanın odağında, işletmelerdeki örgüt kültürü ile kalite kültürü ilişkisi ve işletmelerin kalite kültürü düzeyleri arasındaki sektörel farklılıkların ortaya konulması vardır. Çalışmaya temel oluşturan araştırma, 354 kişinin katılımıyla Eskişehir Sanayi Odası (ESO)’ya bağlı 10 ana sektörden 58 işletme üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmadaki bağımsız değişken olan örgüt kültürünü ölçmek üzere Denison ve Mishra tarafından geliştirilen Örgüt Kültürü Ölçeği, bağımlı değişken olan kalite kültürünü ölçmek üzere Wilson’un geliştirdiği Kalite Olgunluk Modeline bağlı Kalite Kültürü Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, örgüt kültürü ve örgüt kültürünün alt boyutları ile kalite kültürü arasında pozitif yönlü ve güçlü bir ilişkinin varlığını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Ayrıca, örgüt kültürünün alt boyut ortalamaları açısından işletmeler arasında istatistiksel açıdan fark olmadığı; diğer yandan kalite kültürü gelişmişlik seviyelerinin tekstil, dokuma ve hazır giyim, metal, makine ve elektrikli cihaz üretimi gibi farklı sektörlere göre farklılık gösterdiği ortaya konulmuştur. Kalite kültürü ile örgüt kültürünün bağlantılı olduğu noktaları ortaya çıkarma çabasına ilk kez girilmesinin ve yeni bir kalite kültürü ölçeğinin Türkiye koşullarına uyarlanmasının, bu çalışmanın özgünlüğünü ve önemini yansıttığı düşünülmektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The focus of this study is to reveal the relationship between organizational culture and quality culture in business firms and to reveal the sectoral differences between the quality culture levels among the firms. The research was carried out on 58 firms from 10 main sectors affiliated to Eskişehir Chamber of Industry (ESO), with 354 participants. The Organizational Culture Scale developed by Denison and Mishra was used to measure organizational culture, which is the independent variable in the research. The Quality Culture Scale based on the Quality Maturity Model developed by Wilson was used to measure quality culture, which is the dependent variable. The research revealed the existence of a positive and strong relationship between organizational culture and sub-dimensions of organizational culture and quality culture. In addition, no statistical difference between firms in terms of sub-dimension averages of organizational culture was found. On the other hand, findings revealed that the level of quality culture development differs according to various sectors such as textile, weaving and ready-made clothing, metal, machinery, and electrical appliances production. Being the first attempt to reveal the points where quality culture and organizational culture are related and the adaptation of a new quality culture scale to Turkish settings reflect the originality and importance of this study.</p></trans-abstract>
