Abstract

Macrodactyly simplex congenita is a rare congenital anomaly compirising some 10% of cases of isolated congenital macrodactyly Surgical treatment of macrodactyly differs in the upper and lower extremities due to differing funcitional and cosmetic concems. There are various surgical techniques used in the treatment of macrodactyly of the food in the literature.

Abstract

Makrodaktili simpleks konjenita. izole makrodaktili olgularının %10’unu oluşturan, alt ekstremitede daha da nadir görülen konjenital bir anomalidir. Fonksiyonel ve görünümsel özelliklerindeki farklılıklara bağlı olarak uygulanacak olan cerrahi tedavi şekli de farklılık göstermektedir. Bugüne kadar el ve ayak makrodaktili tedavisinde değişik cerrahi teknikler uygulanmıştır. Bu yayında, cerrahi tedavisinde basit bir tekniğin kullanıldığı, ayak 2. parmağı yerleşimli bir makrodaktili simpleks konjenita vakası sunulmuş ve cerrahi teknikler karşılaştırılmıştır.
