Otoklavizasyon ve dondurma işlemlerinin tavşan kemik dokusunda oluşturduğu değişiklikler

Abstract

10 adet erişkin tavşanın her iki femur distalleri rezeke edilerek yumuşak dokularından temizlendi. Sağ femurlar -80 derecede 3 hafta tutuldu. Sol femurlar ise 120 derecede 20 dakika süre ile otoklavize edildi. Her iki gruptaki kemikler ışık ve elektron mikroskobu ile incelendi. Dondurulmuş kemiğin hücresel elemanlarını ve yapısını kısmen koruduğu, buna karşflık, otoklavizasyonun kemikte destraktif ve dejeneratif değişiklikler yaptığı ışık ve elektron mikroskobu ile gösterildi.

The effects of autoclaving and freezing on the rabbit bone

Abstract

After resection of both distal femurs of ten rabbits, bones were dissected from soft tissues. Right femurs were frozen at -80° C for three weeks. Left femurs were autoclaved at 120° C for 20 minutes. The bones of both groups were examined by light and electron microscope. The histological and electron microscopic examination of the frozen bone revealed that cellular elements and structure were mainly preserved. Destructive and degenerative changes in cellular elements and structure of bone were demostrated by light and electron microscope after autoclaving.
