Arthroscopic repair principles of the recurrent anterior shoulder instabilities

Abstract

Arthroscopic stabilization of the recurrent anterior instabilities is having been used increasingly in the mean time. The recurrence rate is high, unless it is meticulously done. We reviewed the general arthroscopic repair techniques with our experience. Moreover, in the light of our experience we had by using biodegradable tacs, we presented the optimal arthroscopic repair principles.

Abstract

Tekrarlayan anterior omuz instabilitelerinde artroskopik tamir son yıllarda gittikçe artan ölçüde kullanım alanı bulan bir cerrahi tekniktir. Ancak gerekli tamir ilkelerine dikkat edilmeden yapılacak artroskopik tamir sonrası rekürrens oranı yüksek olacaktır. Genel artroskopik tamir tekniklerini, literatür bilgileri ve kendi tecrübelerimiz doğrultusunda gözden geçirdik. Ayrıca absorbe olabilen çiviler kullanarak yaptığımız vakalardan elde ettiğimiz tecrübelerin ışığı altında tespit ettiğimiz artroskopik tamir ilkelerini bildirdik.
