Abstract

In this paper hypertension seen after 21 knee flexion conctracture operations and 28 lower extremity lengthening operations have been studied. Literature has been reveiwed and even though the etiology of hypertension known attention has been drawn to questions which have not been answered yet and further more the relationship between age the degree a contracture and hypertension has been looked into.

Abstract

Bu yazıda 28 alt ekstremite uzatması ve 21 diz fleksiyon kontraktüründe ameliyat sonrasi görülen hipertansiyon araştırılmıştır. Literatür taraması yapılmış ve etiyolojisi açıklanmış olmakla birlikte bu konuda hala cevabı verilemiyen sorulan dikkat çekilmiş ayrıca yaşla ve kontraktürün derecesi ile hipertansiyon arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır.
