An experimental comparison of the association of the problem of perforation encountered in the application of Ender nail with the mechanical properties of the nail

Abstract

Attempts have been made to investigate through traction, bending with three points, experiments for measuring hardness and metalographic experiments for measuring hardness and metalographic examination the relationship of the mechanical properties of Ender nail with the problem of perforation associated with its application, which is employed in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in the Medical School of the Istanbul University.

İst. Üniversitesi İst. Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalında kullanılmakta olan Ender çivilerinin uygulamaya ilişkin perforasyon sorununun çivinin mekanik özellikleri ile ilişkisi, çekme, üç noktalı eğme, sertlik deneyleri ve matalografik inceleme ile araştırıldı.
