The biosynthesis of the organic matrix of the bone

Abstract

The collagen secretion of the osteblasts is investigated by radioautography. Throughout the fracture healing the major source of collagen secretion was found to be osteoblasts which were located in periosteal and spongiosa zone.

Abstract

Osteoblastların sekresyon fonksiyonu trityumlu glisin kullanarak otoradyografik olarak incelenmiştir. Kollagen sentezinin kemik ana hücrelerinin proliferasyonu ile başladığı ve osteobiastların lakuna içine girmesinden sonra da devam ettiği saptanmıştır. Öte yandan kollagen sentezinin periodik olarak oluştuğu da izlenmiştir.
