Osteochondroma of the talus: an unusual location

Abstract

Osteochondroma rarely affects talus although it is the most common primary bone tumor. We report a case of talar osteochondroma in a 6 year–old boy. There was no recurrence two years after the local resection of the lesion.

Talar osteokondrom: Sıradışı bir lokalizasyon

Abstract

Osteokondrom en sık izlenen primer kemik tümörü olmasına rağmen talusta nadir olarak görülür. Çalışmamızda 6 yaşında bir erkek çocuğunda bu nadir lokalizasyondaki bir osteokondrom olgusunu sunuyoruz. Olguda lokal rezeksiyon sonrası 2 yıllık takipte nüks görülmedi.
