Bu makalede Sigmund Freud’un öncülük ettiği psikanaliz kuramı ve Leonardo da Vinci’nin yaşamı ile eserlerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Öncelikle kurama dair bilgiler ortaya konmuş, bu bağlamda sanat ile ilişkileri açığa çıkarılmıştır. Bu kuram başlangıçta histerik hastaların tedavisinde kullanılmış, insan beyninin davranışlar ve dürtüler üzerindeki etkisi çözümlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bilinçaltı, çocukluk tecrübelerinin geleceğe aktarılmasıdır ve kişilik yapımız bunun üzerine inşa edilir. İstek ve dürtülerimiz rüyalarda, dil sürçmelerinde, kurduğumuz hayallerde veya yarattığımız eserlerde ortaya çıkabilir. Her sanatçı eserine kişiliğinden bir iz bırakır ve bu bağlamda eserler ve sanatçı daha iyi anlaşılır. Çocukluğunda annesinden ayrı kalan Leonardo'nun resimlerine yansıyan anne imgeleri bu duruma iyi bir örnektir. Bilinçaltının davranışlarımız üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen Freud, edebiyat, resim ve heykel alanlarında yaptığı çalışmalara da yer vermiş, Leonardo Da Vinci'nin yarattığı eserler ve hayatı üzerine bir takım çalışmalar ortaya koymuştur. Bu makalede Leonardo Da Vinci'nin eserleri psikanalitik bir bakış açısıyla incelenmiş ve yaratma eylemi ile bilinçaltımız arasındaki ilişki üzerine yapılan araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. Ana kaynak olarak Freud'un araştırmaları sonucu ortaya çıkan Sanat ve Edebiyat adlı eserden yararlanılmış, sanat ve psikanaliz üzerine kaynaklar incelenmiştir.
This article examines the theory of psychoanalysis pioneered by Sigmund Freud and its eects on Leonardo da Vinci's life and works. First of all, information about the theory is presented and in this context, its relations with art are revealed. This theory was initially used in the treatment of hysterical patients, and the eects of the human brain on behaviors and impulses were tried to be analyzed. The subconscious is the transfer of childhood experiences to the future and our personality structure is built on it. Our desires and impulses can manifest in dreams, slips of the tongue, daydreams or in the works we create. Every artist leaves a trace of his/her personality in his/her work and in this context, the works and the artist can be better understood. The mother images reflected in the paintings of Leonardo, who was separated from his mother during his childhood, are a good example of this situation. Freud, who examined the influence of the subconscious on our behavior, also included his works in the fields of literature, painting and sculpture, and put forward a number of studies on the works created by Leonardo Da Vinci and his life. In this article, Leonardo Da Vinci's works are analyzed from a psychoanalytic point or view and research on the relationship between the act of creation and our subconscious mind is included. As the main source, the work titled Art and Literature, which emerged as a result of Freud's researches, was utilized and sources on art and psychoanalysis were examined.
