Çağımızda insanoğlu, bilgiyle sınanmaktadır. Bilmek, yapabilmek için yeterli sayılmaktadır. Oysa bilmek ve yapmak ilişkili olmakla birlikte farklı eylemlerdir. Bilmek, epistemolojik bir süreç olarak insanın kendisini ve kendisinin dışındaki varlığı tanıması ile alakalıyken yapmak kendisini ve diğer insanları hesaba katarak eylemek demektir. Etik ve epistemoloji arasında bir bağ kurmak ve yeni bir bağlam inşa etmek yeni bir insani düzen tasavvur etmek demektir. Günümüz dünya sorunlarına yukarıdan baktığımızda etik bilinç ve tutum eksikliğinden kaynaklanan, insanın neden olduğu sorunlar oldukları görülür. İnsan, kendi seçimleri, iradesi ve eylemleriyle her geçen gün dünyayı daha ağır ve çözümü güç sorunlarla yüz yüze bırakmaktadır. Soruna sebep olan insan, çözümün de öznesidir. Çözüm için felsefi bir bilinç geliştirmek zorunlu görünmektedir. Bu bilinç, etik ve epistemoloji arasında ortak bir bağ kurmayı ve bağlam oluşturmayı gerektirmektedir. Böylece bilmek, yapmak, yapabilmek hatta güçlü olmakla haklı olmak arasındaki nüanslar da tartışmaya açılmış bulunmaktadır.
Human beings are tested with knowledge in our age. Knowledge and to know determined as the key factor, to do. However, though they are related, to know and to do are different actions. While, to know, is about knowing oneself and the existence outside of oneself, as an epistemological process, to do, implies taking into account oneself and others when doing something. Establishing a bond between ethical and epistemology and building a new context means to envision a new human order. Considering today's world problems, it can be deduced that the lack of ethical consciousness and attitude are the triggers of problems caused by human race. Hence, the will, action and choice of the people are resulted with harder and more complex problems day by day. Yet, people who are creating the problems are the subject of the solutions as well. Developing a philosophical consciousness for the solution seems to be mandatory. This consciousness requires to establish a common bond between ethical and epistemology and context. Thus, the nuances between to know, to do, can do; and even the difference between being strong and being right are also opened to discussions.
