Çalışmamızda
Danamandıra Gölü’nde yaşayan bentik makro omurgasızlar incelenmiştir. Çalışma
Kasım 2010, Ocak, Mart, Mayıs 2011 tarihlerinde 15 farklı istasyonda
yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışma sonucunda 3 Filum (Mollusca, Annelida, Arthropoda), 5
Klasis (Gastropoda, Oligochaeta, Ostracoda, Malacostraca, Insecta), 9 Ordo
(Basommatophora, Lumbriculida, Cyclopoida, Podocopida, Isopoda, Odonata,
Coleoptera, Megaloptera, Diptera), 15 Familya (Physidae, Lumbriculidae,
Tubificidae, Cyclopidae, Cyprididae, Candonidae, Asellidae, Coenagrionidae,
Cordulidae, Aeshnidae, Hydrophilidae, Dytiscidae, Sialidae, Chironomidae, Tipulidae)
ve bu familyalara ait 17 tür bulunmuştur. Bu türler Physella acuta, Lumbriculus sp.,
Chaetogaster sp., Heterocypris incongruens,
Fabaeformiscandona fabaeformis,
Asellus sp., Coenagrion sp., Cordulia sp., Anax sp., Berosus sp., Helophorus sp., Enochrus sp., Hydrobius
fuscipes, Laccophilus sp., Sialis lutaria, Chironomus sp., Erioptera
sp.’dir. Çalışma alanında bentik makroomurgasızların taksonomisine yönelik
çalışmanın yanı sıra, gölün bazı fizikokimyasal parametreleri de (pH, elektriksel
iletkenlik, su sıcaklığı) ölçülmüş, makro omurgasızların nümerik analizi için
Shannon-Weaver Çeşitlilik İndeksi ve Bray-Curits benzerlik indeksi
kullanılmıştır.
In our study the
benthic macroinvertebrates that live in Lake Danamandıra were examined. Study
was carried out at 15 different stations on November 2010, January, March and
May 2011. As a result of this study, 3 Phylum (Mollusca, Annelida, Arthropoda),
5 Classis (Gastropoda, Oligochaeta, Ostracoda, Malacostraca, Insecta), 9 Orders
(Basommatophora, Lumbriculida, Cyclopoida, Podocopida, Isopoda, Odonata,
Coleoptera, Megaloptera, Diptera), 15 Families (Physidae, Lumbriculidae, Tubificidae,
Cyclopidae, Cyprididae, Candonidae, Asellidae, Coenagrionidae, Cordulidae,
Aeshindae, Hydrophilidae, Dytiscidae, Sialidae, Chironomidae, Tipulidae) and 17
species that belong to the families were found. These species are: Pysella acuta, Lumbriculus sp.,
Chaetogaster sp., Heterocypris
incongruens, Fabaeformiscandona
fabaeformis, Asellus sp., Coenagrion sp., Cordulia sp., Anax sp., Berosus sp., Helophorus sp., Enochrus
sp., Hydrobius fuscipes, Laccophilus sp., Sialis lutaria, Chironomus
sp., Erioptera sp. In the study area,
besides the benthic macroinvertebrates taxonomic study, physicochemical
parameters of the lake (pH, electrical conductivity, water temperature, etc.)
were measured and The Shannon-Weaver Diversity Index and Bray-Curits similarity index were used for the numerical analysis
of macroinvertebrates.
