KOVADA GÖLÜ'NDE YAŞAYAN SUDAK BALIĞI (SANDER LUCİOPERCA) SOLUNGAÇLARININ HİSTOKİMYASAL YAPISI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Kovada Gölü fizikokimyasal ve ağır metal parametrelerinin Sudak balığı (Sander lucioperca) solungaçlarının mukosubstans özellikleri üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Solungaçlardaki mukus hücrelerin nötral, asidik, karboksilli, sülfatlı, sülfatlı asidik ve siyalik asitli glikokonjugatların güçlü reaksiyon gösterdiği; O-sülfat esterli glikokonjugatların ise solungaçlarda bulunan mukus hücrelerinde bulunmadığı belirlendi. Solungaçlarda asidik glikokonjugat içeren mukus hücrelerinin sayısı diğer glikokonjugatlara göre daha fazla olduğu saptandı.
