GÜNÜMÜZDE İNSANIN DOĞAL VE SOSYAL HAYATINA YAŞAM MÜHENDİSLİĞİNİN ETKİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Abstract
Teknolojide ve yazılımda meydana gelen gelişmeler insan yaşamında bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Ancak, bu gelişmelerle birlikte bilgi teknolojilerinin insan ihtiyaçlarının tatmini ile insan yaşamının ana gayesi olan yaşam kalitesinin nasıl ve hangi mühendislik teknikleri ile yükseltilebileceği, özellikle kişisel verilerin bireyin yaşam kalitesini arttırmak maksadıyla paylaşılmasının yasal ve etik mahzurlarının neler olduğu ile ilgili hususların bilimsel tekniklerle yeniden değerlendirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
Bilgi teknolojisinde yaşanan nicel ve nitel gelişmeler bireylerden veri toplama sürecini çok karmaşık bir hale getirmiştir. Bireyler kendilerinden nasıl veri topladığını ve veri toplama sürecinin nasıl işlediğini anlayamamaktadır. Bireylerin kendilerinden nasıl veri toplandığını anlayamamaları mahremiyet ile igili kaygıları arttırmıştır. Bu çalışma yaşam mühendisliği ile ilgili kavramsal çerçeveyi ortaya koyması, insanın doğal ve sosyal dengeyi mühendislik yoluyla nasıl sağlayabileceğini ve yaşam mühendisliği ile ortaya çıkan mahremiyet kaygılarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
Literatürde yaşam mühendisliği konusu ile ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunduğundan literatür tarama yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yerel yazında ‘yaşam mühendisliği’ tümcesiyle DERGİPARK arama motorunda yapılan arama sonucunda konu ile ilgili herhangi bir kaynağa erişilememiştir. SCOPUS ve EBSCO arama motorlarında “life engineering” tümcesi kullanılarak yapılan arama sonucunda 4 makaleye erişim sağlanmıştır. Bu makalelerden biri almanca 3’ü türkçedir. Yaşam mühendisliği ile ilgili kavramsal çerçevenin geliştirilmesi, birey mahremiyeti ve etik kaygılarının değerlendirilmesi, söz konusu kaygıların giderilmasinin gerekliğinin sebepleri ile ortaya konulması açısından bu çalışmanın yerel literatüre katkı sağlayacağı değerlendirilmiştir.
