BEDEN EĞİTİMİ ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN 'SPOR FEDERASYONLARI İL TEMSİLCİLER' İLİŞKİLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çatışmada Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin,spor federasyonları il temsilcilikleri ile olan ilişkilerinin
bel irlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada, 16 soıııdan oluşan 450 adet anket hazırlanarak, Elazığ ve
cevre illerdeki beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine gönderilmiş, geri dönen 360 tane anket
değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler Windows SPSS 10 Ol paket programı analiz
edilmiş, istatistikselolarak yüzde, frekans ve ağırlıklı ortalamaları alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.
Anlamlı bulunan sonuçlar tablolar balinde gösterilmiştir.
Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin spor federasyonları il temsilciliklerinden talepleri, "araç-gereç,
malzeme ve spor organizasyonları" konusunda olduğu, Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin spor
federasyonları il remsilciliklerinden bulLUıdukları taleplerin "yelerii" oranda karşılanmadığıill
belirtiler. Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin genel çoğunluğu "il temsilciliklerinin Beden Eğitimi ve
Spor Yüksekokulu mezunu olması" gerektiğini ve öğretmenlerin "çok azı" il temsilciliği
görevinde bulundukları tespit edilmiştir.
Sonuç; olarak Beden Eğitimi öğretmenleri, il temsiıCilerinden görevlerini yerine getirirken taleplerin
"az ve çok az " oranda karşılanması ile birlikte kendileriyle de işbirliği yapılması beklentisi içerisinde
olmaları ideal spor ortamın oluşturulması açısından bir "koordinasyon eksikliği" olarak değerlendirile
bilinir. Beden Eğitimi öğretmenleri ile spor federasyonları il temsilcilikleri arasıııda sağlanacak
koordinasyon okul federasyon ve kulüp sporlarının gelişiminin yanı sıra Türk sporuna önemli
katkıda buluna bilineceği söylene bilinir.

 

ABSTRACT
With this survey, it is aimed lo show tbat the relationship between physical education teachers and
sport federations city agents. 450 polls, each indudes 16 questions, have been prepared and sent to
the physical education teachers in Elazığ and the eity around Elazığ. 360 polis sent back by the
teaehers, have been evaiuated. Data 's have been analyzed using Windows SPSS ıo.O i package
program and evaluated percentage, frequency, average of weight statistically. Meaningful outcomes
have been shown on tables.
it has been fixed that physical edueation teachers'" demands from the federations are on equipments
and sport organizations, the demands of the teachers haven't met sufficieut1y, most of the teaehers
have wanted the agents of the city federation must consist of the physical educatian ıeachers or the
people graduated from institution of bigher education and very few of [he teachers have been
eınployed as agenls of eity representative.
To sum up, it can be evaluated deficiency of cOQl'dination while the agents of the federation s
penonning their job, as weıı as meeting "ery few of the physical education teachers demands, the
teachers hope to eooperate with the city agents of the federation to build an ideal sport atmasphere. It
can be said that the coordination between the teachers and the eity federarion, in addition to improving
school federation and dap spoı1s, it wiıı alsa give a great help to iınprove Turkish sport.
