Abstract

Bu qall$manm amacI; Lilke, ya$, cinsiyet fiziksel aktiviteye ve beden egitimi dersine kat/lim suresi faktorlerine
bagII olarak ogrencilen'n fiziksel uygunluk duzeylerinin kar;lia$tmlmasldlr.
Veriler Bolu il merkezinde rast gele yontemiyle seyilen 87 klZ, 85 erkek; Koln il merkezinde ser;ilen 84 klZ, 72
erkek ogrenciden haziran ve agustos aylannda, loplam 16 Euro-Fit test parametresiyle gunun farkll
saatlerinde toplanml$t/r. Bolu ve Koln'deki ogrencilerin beden egitimi derslerine ve diger serbest zaman
etkinliklerine kat,lim orantan ile ilgili bilgiler bilgi toplama formuyla elde edilmi$tir.
Olr;umlerde elde edilen veriler, SPSS for Windows 7.5 istalistik paket programmda, ki-kare, t-testi (Indepent
Samples) teknikleri kullamlarak degerlendirildi. Istatistik degerlendirmede anlamlJllk duzeyi P<O.05 olarak
kabul edildi.
Yap/Ian analizler sonucunda, Bolu'da yeti$en 6grencilerin Koln'de yeti§en ogrencilerden daha zayJf ve daha
klsa olduklan belirlenmi§tir. Fiziksel becerilerde K6ln'deki ogrencilerin daha ba$anli olduklan g6ru/(jrken her iki
ildeki beden egitimi dersleri ile ogrencilerin serbest zaman etkinliklerinin nicelik ve nitelik ar;lslndan Koln'deki
6grenciler lehine farkili/klar gosterdigi bulunmu§tur.

SUMMARY
The purpose of the study was to compare the capacity of students' fitness according to the following factors:
country, age, gender, and length of time involved in fitness activities and physical education classes.
In Bolu, the randomly selected subjects were female students (n = 87), and male students (n = 85). In
Cologne, the randomly selected subjects were female students (n =84) and male students (n =72). Data was
collected from these subjects who performed 16 Euro-Fit tests at various time throughout the testing days
during July and August. The percentage of attending students from physical education courses and
recreational activities in Bolu and Cologne was obtained.
The computer software, SPSS for Windows 7.5, was utilized to examine the data. Various statistical methods
including the Ki-square tests, independent sample t-tests, one-way variance analysis, and Pearson
Correlations were used. The obtained values were examined whether they were statistically significant or not.
The level of significance was determined as P<O.05.
The results of the analysis showed that students in Bolu were weaker and shorter than students in Cologne. It
was found that students in Cologne showed better physical skills due to the qualitatively and quantitatively
better physical education courses and recreational activities.
Comparisons of physical education course programs and the field of recreation activities should be required
between countries to develop better goals.
