Atatürk Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Ortodonti kliniğine estetik nedenlerle 14 yaşında bayan bir hasta başvurdu. Klinik ve radyografik muayene sonucunda sol üst yan kesici dişinin konjenital olarak olmadığı ve sağ üst yan kesici dişinin ise konik formda olduğu görüldü. Protetik tedavi uygulanmadan yapılacak bir ortodontik tedavinin istenilen estetik sonucu veremeyeceği belirlendi ve ortodonti ve protez kliniklerinin beraber yürüteceği bir tedavi planlandı. Hastaya sabit ortodontik tedavi uygulandı ve ortodontik tedavi sonrası üst sağ lateral diş tam seramik kuron ile restore edilirken eksik olan üst sol lateral diş ise inley köprü ile restore edildi
