Amaç: Mikroorganizmalar#n yerle imi aç#s#ndan protezler ideal bir alan olu turmaktad#r ve yerle imin temel basama7# da yetersiz protez hijyenidir. Bu ara t#rma; tam protez hastalar#nda protez temizlik düzeylerini etkileyen faktörleri incelemeyi amaçlamaktad#r.Gereç ve Yöntem: GATA Haydarpa a E7itim Hastanesi Ditoplam 161 tam protez hastas# bu ara t#rman#nörneklemini olu turmu tur. Hastalara ait protez temizlik düzeyleri u ekilde skorlanm# t#r; Skor 1 temiz, Skor 2 kirli, Skor 3 çok kirli. Bulgular: Sonuçlar hastalar#n %34.8’nin çok kirli protezler kulland#7#n# gösterdi. Ki-Kare testi, protez temizlik skorlar#; cinsiyet, e7itim durumu, protez temizli7i hakk#nda bilgi alma durumu, protez kullan#msüresi, protez temizleme ekli ve s#kl#7#n#n da7#l#m#aras#nda istatistiksel olarak çok önemli bir ili ki bulundu7unu gösterdi (p
