Anahtarkelimeler: Densinvajinatus, Endodontik tedavi, Oehlers sınıflaması, RevaskülarizasyonDens invaginatus and treatmentapproaches: Report of four casesABSTRACTDensinvaginatus is a developmental anomaly often seen in permanent upper lateralteeth formed by the enamel organ extending into the dental papillae beforecalcification of dental tissues. In the studies, it has been reported that theprevalence varies between 0.04-12%. Treatment approaches may vary depending onthe type of dens invaginatus, root-canal morphology and the presence ofperiapical pathology. Early diagnosis, proper treatment planning and regularcontrol of these teeth are important to prevent pathologies that may develop inthe teeth. In this case report, we aimed to present the clinical andradiographic findings of four patients with Type I and Type II dens invaginatusin the upper lateral teeth and the treatment approaches applied to these teeth. Keywords: Densinvaginatus, Endodontic treatment, Oehlers classification, Revascularization</p>
