Abstract

Son 10 yılda yapılan önemli çalışmaların sonuçlarına göre, preoperatif barsak hazırlığı, nazogastrik tüp kullanımı ve kademeli diyet gibi birçok geleneksel cerrahi bakım yaklaşımlarının gereksiz yere uygulandığı, hatta zararlı bile olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. Bu makalede cerrahide perioperatif bakımda belirlenen güncel yaklaşımlardan bazıları tartışılacaktır.
