BULANIK ANALİTİK HİYERARŞİ SÜRECİ YAKLAŞIMI İLE TOPLAM KALİTE YÖNETİMİ (TKY) UYGULAMALARINDA KRİTİK BAŞARI FAKTÖRLERİNİN ÖNEM DERECESİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Çalışmada, imalat firmalarının TKY uygulamalarının başarısında
etkili olan liderlik, çalışanların katılımı, müşteri/tedarikçi ilişkileri, ürün süreç
yönetimi, stratejik planlamayı içeren kriterlerin önem derecesini belirlemek
amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla TKY ilkeleri sistem ve teknikler, kültür ve insan,
politika geliştirme ve müşteriler olmak üzere dört grupta toplanarak hiyerarşik
bir yapı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan hiyerarşik yapı Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi
Süreci Yaklaşımı ile değerlendirilerek Toplam Kalite Yönetimi uygulamalarının
başarısında etkili olan kriterlerin önem derecesi belirlenmiştir. Değerlendirme
sonucunda en önemli kriter grubunun kültür ve insan olduğu görülmüştür.
Ayrıca sistem ve teknikleri içeren ana kriter grubunda süreç kontrolü ve
geliştirme, kültür ve insan kriter grubunda çalışanların katılımı, politika
geliştirme grubunda stratejik planlama ve müşteriler ana kriter grubunda müşteri
odaklılık kriterinin en önemli kriterler olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
