Öğretimin amaçlarına ulaşabilmesi, öngörülen faaliyetlerin her aşamasının en iyi şekilde planlanmasına ve sürecin doğru bir şekilde yönetilmesine bağlıdır. Öğretimin etkili bir şekilde yönetilmesi öğretmen, öğrenci ve okulun başarılı olması anlamına gelmektedir. Öğretmenin en önemli görevi öğrenci davranışlarını ve öğretimi koordineli bir şekilde yöneterek eğitim-öğretim amaçlarına ulaşmaktır. Teaching’s accession of goals depends on planning of activities in detail and correct management of process. The effective management of teaching means the success of teachers, students and the school. The most significant role of the teacher is to reach educational goals through directing teaching in coordination with student behaviors.
