                            <p>Bilgi &amp;ccedil;ağının gereklerine uygun olarak; bilimsel d&amp;uuml;ş&amp;uuml;nme yeteneğine sahip, bilgiye ulaşma yol ve y&amp;ouml;ntemlerini bilen, &amp;ouml;ğrenmeyi &amp;ouml;ğrenen, diğerleriyle işbirliği ve iletişim kuran yaratıcı ve &amp;uuml;retici bireylerin yetiştirilmesinde &amp;ouml;ğretim olduk&amp;ccedil;a &amp;ouml;nemlidir. &amp;Ouml;ğretimin ama&amp;ccedil;larına ulaşabilmesi, &amp;ouml;ng&amp;ouml;r&amp;uuml;len faaliyetlerin her aşamasının en iyi şekilde planlanmasına ve s&amp;uuml;recin doğru bir şekilde y&amp;ouml;netilmesine bağlıdır. &amp;Ouml;ğretimin etkili bir şekilde y&amp;ouml;netilmesi &amp;ouml;ğretmen, &amp;ouml;ğrenci ve okulun başarılı olması anlamına gelmektedir. &amp;Ouml;ğretmenin en &amp;ouml;nemli g&amp;ouml;revi &amp;ouml;ğrenci davranışlarını ve &amp;ouml;ğretimi koordineli bir şekilde y&amp;ouml;neterek eğitim-&amp;ouml;ğretim ama&amp;ccedil;larına ulaşmaktır. Bu makalede &amp;ouml;ğretmenin sınıfı ve &amp;ouml;ğretimi y&amp;ouml;netmesi &amp;uuml;zerinde durulmuştur.  Anahtar S&amp;ouml;zc&amp;uuml;kler: &amp;Ouml;ğretim, &amp;Ouml;ğretimin y&amp;ouml;netilmesi, &amp;Ouml;ğretme ve y&amp;ouml;netme becerileri&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In line with the necessities of Information Era, teaching is significant for educating students who have scientific thinking abilities, know the ways of getting information, learn how to learn, cooperate and communicate with others and is creative and productive. Teaching&amp;rsquo;s accession of goals depends on planning of activities in detail and correct management of process. The effective management of teaching means the success of teachers, students and the school. The most significant role of the teacher is to reach educational goals through directing teaching in coordination with student behaviors. In the current article, teachers&amp;rsquo; management of class and teaching process is discussed.
