                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: COVID-19, koronavirüs ailesine ait olan ve 2019 yılının sonlarında Çin&#039;in Wuhan şehrinde ortaya çıkan SARS-CoV-2 virüsünün neden olduğu bir hastalıktır. COVID-19, hafif solunum yolu enfeksiyonlarından ağır pnömonilere, çoklu organ yetmezliklerine ve ölüme kadar geniş bir klinik yelpazede seyredebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada amacımız, COVID-19 hastalarında yaş, hemogram, trombosit, lökosit, lenfosit, nötrofil, ürik asit, kreatinin, üre, alanin aminotransferaz (ALT), aspartat aminotransferaz (AST), laktat dehidrogenaz (LDH), fibrinojen, D-dimer, ferritin, C-reaktif protein (CRP) ve prokalsitonin düzeylerinin hastalık prognozundaki önemini değerlendirmektir. Özellikle mortalite riskini belirlemede bu biyobelirteçlerin rolünü incelemek hedeflenmiştir.Materyal ve Metod: Çalışmamızda pandemi servisleri ve yoğun bakımlarında tedavi gören 236 COVID-19 hastası retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastaların demografik verileri, laboratuvar sonuçları ve klinik sonuçları hastane kayıtlarından elde edildi. İlk yatış sırasında alınan değerleri analiz edildi.Bulgular: Çalışmaya alınan 236 hastanın %50’si kadın, %50’si erkek olup yaş ortalaması 58,1±14,4 idi.
