Abstract
This article, focuses on key strategies to strengthen patient safety culture within the context of hospital management and leadership. Emphasizing the critical role of managers and leaders, the paper highlights factors such as open communication, education, and continuous improvement in establishing and sustaining a patient safety culture. By asserting that these strategies are effective tools in elevating the quality of healthcare services, the article underscores the significant impact leadership and management can have in the field of patient safety.

Abstract
Yazımız hastane yönetimi ve liderliği bağlamında hasta güvenliği kültürünü güçlendirmek amacıyla kilit stratejilere odaklanmaktadır. Yöneticilerin ve liderlerin, açık iletişim, eğitim ve sürekli iyileştirme gibi faktörleri benimseyerek hasta güvenliği kültürünü oluşturmak ve sürdürmek konusunda kritik bir rol oynadığı vurgulanmaktadır. Makale, bu stratejilerin sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesini yükseltmede etkili bir araç olduğunu öne sürerek, liderlik ve yönetimin hasta güvenliği alanında önemli bir etki yaratabileceğine odaklanmaktadır
